1. RETURN POLICY

1.1 General information: We offer a 30-day return policy for any product purchased through the site. We accept returns for any reason in accordance with the Return Policy outlined below.

1.2 Return instructions: For in-tact products that are unused, free from defects, and unchanged, please follow the following return instructions. Of note, products must be within the 30-day return window. To initiate your return, we can be contacted via telephone at +16264000314 or via email at [email protected].

a. The internal and original packaging for products must be intact. Examples of internal packaging include manufacturer boxes such as shoe boxes. When including internal packaging as part of your return, all manuals, accessories, parts, instructions, certificates, labels, and marks must be included. Please do not modify, tape, or damage the internal packaging in any way. We recommend surrounding the internal packaging with protection to prevent damage throughout the shipping process.

b. If any additional parts or accessories were included within your order, please include them in one package as part of the return.

d. Once we receive the products in-tact, we will issue a refund to the card or account in which the order was placed. Of note, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are damaged upon receipt. We also do not refund shipping fees.

1.3 Damage or product discrepancies: In some cases, products you may receive products with quality issues or damage. In these instances, please reach out to our support team within 3-months of your order at [email protected] for return inquiries.

1.4 Product exchanges: Within 30 days of receiving a product with damage or reduced quality, you may apply for a product exchange. To initiate the exchange, start by sending an image of your product to [email protected]. Next, we will verify the problems within our after-sales service center. If approved, you may proceed with the return by following the return instructions listed above. Once received, we will send you the item specified as part of your exchange of equal or lesser value within 10 days. We do not refund shipping fees.

1.5 Return refusals: We reserve the right to deny returns for any reason, including:

a. Goods that were not purchased directly through the site

b. Orders that fall outside of the 30-day return window, barring any product damage or quality issues which would fall under our 3-month return window

c. Certain clothing items, such as undergarments or socks

d. Soiled, worn, damaged, used, modified, or processed products

e. Products that are missing their accessories, instructions, labels, manuals, certificates, marks, or add-on parts

f. Products with damaged or missing internal packaging

1.6 Refund policy: We issue a reimbursement to the original card in which the purchase was made within 3 days after receiving the returned item(s). Please note, we do not reimburse any shipping costs as part of the refund.
